Re-opening training has been given to all employees to ensure a COVID-safe environment for all of our customers, staff and visitors.
All employees have completed a return to work questionnaire. No employees will be allowed to work if they are showing any COVID-19 symptoms.
Restaurant tables and chairs will be disinfected after use and before being reset.
Track and Trace: All customers dining with us will be required to provide an email address and telephone number as part of the Government’s Track and Trace programme.
Sanitising stations will be available within the restaurant for customer use. We respectfully ask everyone to sanitise their hands when entering the restaurant.
Social distancing rules of 2m, or 1m with risk mitigation where 2m is not viable, must be observed when dining with us.
Daily briefings are carried out with our staff to ensure the reinforcement of the policy in line with our COVID risk assessment.
Ondine has been adapted to allow safe distancing for both customers and employees throughout the duration of the meal.
A deep clean of the restaurant areas will be carried out at the end of each day. Touch points will be disinfected throughout the day in line with our COVID risk assessment.
Customers are required to not visit our restaurants if they are displaying symptoms of COVID-19: A new, continuous cough, where you cough a lot for more than an hour, or have three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours. Fever where your temperature is above 37.8°C. Loss of smell or taste.
Please wash and sanitise your hands throughout your visit.
