Ever since we opened our doors in the heart of the Old Town, we wanted to create a restaurant where people could roll up their sleeves, relax and enjoy the finest seafood and shellfish from the East Coast of Scotland and beyond, always prepared with real love and respect.

We’ve done this by holding close our focus on seasonality and the provenance of our produce. Our genuine love of what we do and the reputation that our brilliant team has built up over many years of hard graft is what makes us.
