Hi, my name is Ranjit Singh. I am from India. I lived in France for 6 years learning how to cook French cuisine.

In 2015 I moved to Edinburgh. Since then I have been working at Ondine. It really is a pleasure to be working here because every day we are working with the freshest food and shellfish. We have a great time and there is a lot to learn!

My favourite dishes are the Fish Curry and the Lemon Sole.
