My name is Manon Graffam. Graduated from the institute Paul Bocuse in France, I have always been passionate about food.

Two years ago my husband and I decided to open our skills to another culture and this is how we arrived in the city of Edinburgh.

My first day in Ondine, I knew right away it was going to be the place I was going to work.

What I love about the food is the freshness we have here and the simple way we cook it, to keep it natural.

Now I am Junior sous chef in Ondine and Chef Roy Brett challenges me every day!

This experience has opened my mind a lot and I am glad I made this choice two years ago!
