Hi, I am Ishu Mehrotra and I am Head Chef here at ‘Ondine’.

My favourite dishes on the menu are Brown Crab and Sea Bass for mains. I did my hotel management from I.I.H.M Kolkata India and then came across to do my B.A in international hospitality management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

Since then I worked in different organisations like Prestonfield House Hotel, Dakota Edinburgh and ‘Ondine’.
