My name is Giulia I am 27 years old and I am from Sardinia.

I studied hospitality at the University of Hawaii and I have been travelling the world since I was eighteen, living in different countries and enhancing my knowledge and passion for food. I am so proud to work at Ondine - and I love the freshness of the ingredients. Ondine 's kitchen reminds me a lot of home, - my grandfather was very passionate about cooking and he taught our family everything about fish and seafood. I recognize the same passion in Chef Roy.

My favourite dish is the Roasted Shellfish Platter!
