My name is Danilo, I'm 29 and my position in Ondine is Restaurant Manager. I grew up in a little village in the hills of Italy just south of Rome, where lots of food is homemade, vegetables come from the back garden and you raise your own animals. I was raised with mamma's food - not much fancy cooking but with lots of seasonal flavors. I began working in restaurants at the age of 14, with my dad as a Metredi teaching me everything! I've always loved seafood with a nice glass of wine. My favorite dish is the Lemon Sole served on the bone.
