Callejuela Manzanilla Fina 75cl 15% ABV
Bone-dry and with a characteristic salty tang, manzanilla
is the perfect start to a meal and is a natural match with seafood.

Octopus with Cachelo, Chorizo al Vino, Cod Pil Pil
Pintxo of Anchovies, Piparra and Olives

Urium Clásicos Amontillado 75cl 17.5% ABV
Amontillado is an aged Manzanilla or Fino, incredibly dry, richer
and full-bodied. A great choice with complex fish dishes.

Cheese and Membrillo, Profiteroles

Urium Clásicos Pedro Ximenez 75cl 15% ABV
Made with sun-dried grapes, this is a sweet sherry which has been
aged for an average of 15 years. Perfect alongside cheese and puddings.
