CELEBRATING 10 YEARS.

Ondine will be 10 years old this year - and we’ve asked some of our best friends in the industry to come and help us celebrate. Every month, some of the most admired chefs in the country will be joining us in the kitchen at Ondine to cook a special lunch for you. The amazing Tom Brown kicked off the celebrations in March… come and join us at the next event and let’s keep the party going!

UPCOMING EVENT.

Following on from Tom Brown’s outstanding lunch at Ondine in March, we’re all set to welcome renowned chef, Shaun Searley and two-Michelin star chef, James Knappett for a special lunch on Sunday the 30th of June, as part of our Guest Chef series to celebrate Ondine’s 10th year in business.

James has worked in some of the very best restaurants in Britain and is now Chef Patron of the two-Michelin-starred ‘Kitchen Table’ in London. James, and his wife Sandia Chang, also own Bubbledogs, the UK’s only restaurant specialising in hot dogs and champagne.

Shaun is recognised for his refined take on ‘nose to tail’ cooking. He became Head Chef at Quality Chop House in Farringdon, London in 2012 - a restaurant that first opened its doors in 1869! Whilst Quality Chophouse still retains all of its original charm, the menu has been revolutionised by Shaun to showcase the very best British produce for both meat lovers and vegetarians alike.

Their lunch event at Ondine will be a celebration of the finest fish and shellfish, inspired by the cooking styles of James and Shaun and the kitchen team at Ondine. Dishes will showcase the very best ingredients from around the country. As a one-off collaboration, it will be a unique and exciting experience for our customers (and us!) so make sure you book your seat well in advance.

Tickets are £75 per person for the six-course lunch on the Sunday 30th of June.
