Hello everyone! My name is Agnieszka Malarz. I am from Poland and I am a supervisor here at Ondine.

Since I remember I was always passionate about food and drink industry. It's been seven years since I left my home in Poland after completing my Administration Diploma. Since then I have worked in well reputed restaurants around the world.

I am extremely proud to be working with the team and Chef Roy Brett at Ondine.

I love every single dish on the menu but if I have to choose my favourite ones, it would be Salt & Pepper Squid Tempura, with amazing Vietnamese Dipping Sauce and the Lemon Sole.
