The Crustacean Bar



At the hub of the restaurant, the crustacean bar is a visual feast of fresh seafood with shellfish prepared and presented in front of guests while they sample wines from Ondine’s extensive wine list.

A crustacean bar seat offers diners a chance to get a glimpse of the chefs at work shucking a wide selection of oysters  from throughout the British Isles, and building fresh ‘fruits de mer’ platters.

The crustacean bar also boasts a wide selection of drinks including the extensive wine list, carefully selected by the chef to match the seasonal menus.
